If you feel a post is inappropriate

Hi folks,

Just a quick note in regards to the moderation of the group. Sometimes if I am a bit short on time or if we get a lot of posts at once I may have to just skim the overall gist of the posts rather than reading them word for word before I approve them, also we all have a different perspective as to what is acceptable and thus there may sometimes be the odd post that gets through that you may feel is inappropriate. And while this doesn’t seem to happen very often if there is anything that anybody reads and feels is inappropriate then please feel free to either shoot me a PM or use the contact form to let me know and I will always be happy to take another look at it.

Please keep in mind however that a post does have to be quite bad or harmful to the group as a whole for us to delete it, I don’t like to be too heavy handed with that kind of moderation and try to reserve it for only when it is absolutely necessarily as generally I like people to be able to have their say and most things can be ironed out with dialogue and often we can all learn from it, that said if you feel something is inappropriate like I say please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to take another look.

All the best,

    marijuana withdrawal symptoms relief
Today is my 9th sober day. I'm going balls out on meditation and as soon as I feel a glimpse of craving, I catch it and try to analyze it. I quit cigarettes 6 years ago and compared to pot, cigarette was physically harder to quit. Psychologically, I had much more attachment to pot. When you quit cigarette you stay the same person, when you quit pot, you change. Fortunately there are tools like meditation with which you can confront the damn psychological cravings.

Overall, this is no easy task but feasible. And oh!, I even lost a few pounds because the munchies stopped too...

Conrats doublehaze. 9 days doesnt seem like much to the avg person but for most of us it is a long time. Good to hear you are still pot free keep up the good work and nothing feels better than the satisfaction of having self control.

I agree so much with what everyone's saying...ur really doing well! I'm beginning to really love and enjoy the person I'v become since I stopped being controlled by pot (so have my girls) and u will too. When ur giving up pot, one day seems like such a big thing, it is at the time but its remarkable how one day turns into one week, then one month if u stick to ur guns...its such a sense of achievement cos people who have been there no that it feels like the battle of ur life..and it is cos thats what ur fighting for...ur life back...and ur fighting against urself...a pothead does not live, they exist in a fuzzy, emotionally stunted haze. I'm so pleased for you. It really is a great achievement..just think, ur nearly at the 2 week mark today...bet that was impossible to imagine on day one! Keep strong matey, we're all with you. Peace.
