I have smoked a cone everyday since February 1st. I am so incredibly over feeling it necessary to smoke. I am a fairly productive "pothead" I attend uni, work, have an active life. I consdier marijuana to be a vice, an acting anti-depressant. I am on a diet so I cant binge eat, and I gave up cigarettes about two months ago.
I went to the doctors yesturday, and for the first time EVER my chest didn't sound good to him. He wrote me off with teh flu, however was curious to see if I was developing an ammonia.
This is serious..I am too chicken to approach my doctor about my habits. I find it embarassing that I smoke so much, and can think of 100 different reasons why it is ok that I smoke.
This is the first time I have ever written on a forum, I am hoping it will help.
I went 2 days in May without a toke, simply because I didn't have it on me.
I have no intentions of quitting for GOOD, but I need to find ways to kick the habit of every day and try to save it for weekends or OCCASIONAL week nights.
