If you feel a post is inappropriate

Hi folks,

Just a quick note in regards to the moderation of the group. Sometimes if I am a bit short on time or if we get a lot of posts at once I may have to just skim the overall gist of the posts rather than reading them word for word before I approve them, also we all have a different perspective as to what is acceptable and thus there may sometimes be the odd post that gets through that you may feel is inappropriate. And while this doesn’t seem to happen very often if there is anything that anybody reads and feels is inappropriate then please feel free to either shoot me a PM or use the contact form to let me know and I will always be happy to take another look at it.

Please keep in mind however that a post does have to be quite bad or harmful to the group as a whole for us to delete it, I don’t like to be too heavy handed with that kind of moderation and try to reserve it for only when it is absolutely necessarily as generally I like people to be able to have their say and most things can be ironed out with dialogue and often we can all learn from it, that said if you feel something is inappropriate like I say please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to take another look.

All the best,

    marijuana withdrawal symptoms relief
So Ive found a lot of info on symptons during use and withdrawl. But what should I expect a year from now, two years from now and for the rest of my life.

Will the memory loss be permant? on monday I couldn't find an office to witch I had gone more than 3 times before.... will this be like this for the rest of my life?

What can we do to help our brain... sports, vitamins or other stuff?

    Hi Tonka

I have recovered to some extent, but my memory and mental health is not what it was, in that respect it has done me some permanent damage, but I have improved to some extent. I watched one video that showed brain scans of people’s brains that had stopped working properly, as a result of drug abuse including marijuana, they said that brain activity can pick up to some extent after people stop using, but it can vary significantly from individual to individual.

The main two things that will give yourself the best possible chance of recovery, is to give your brain all the right nutrients, I take nero natural memory, they are the most complete brain supplement I have been able to find and have found them to be helpful. The other thing that will help is mental agility exercises. If you do those two things and give yourself time without smoking anymore pot, you sure to give your brain the best possible chance of recovery.

The other thing to consider is that some of the disturbances your brain is experiencing, may be as a result of the withdrawal, was you memory as bad before you quit?

    Take care

I would say this has happened before I stoped smoking... I am having concentration problems also.

Its really scary to think that one is damaged for life!

Yeah it did with me too, so unfortunately I couldn’t put it down to detox either, although detox brought along its own set of sh*t to deal with. Still you don’t know to what extent you will recover, I have heard some do much more than others, so let’s pray you will be one of the luckier ones, but it can take time.

Take care and please keep us posted on how it goes.

          rewireing the brain

The brain is like a muscle. If you exercise it it will grow neurons. high intensity exercise has been basically proven to grow new brain cells. Games and mental exercised will make it work better and grow new cells. It will also release natural endorphins helping withdrawal symptoms.
