If you feel a post is inappropriate

Hi folks,

Just a quick note in regards to the moderation of the group. Sometimes if I am a bit short on time or if we get a lot of posts at once I may have to just skim the overall gist of the posts rather than reading them word for word before I approve them, also we all have a different perspective as to what is acceptable and thus there may sometimes be the odd post that gets through that you may feel is inappropriate. And while this doesn’t seem to happen very often if there is anything that anybody reads and feels is inappropriate then please feel free to either shoot me a PM or use the contact form to let me know and I will always be happy to take another look at it.

Please keep in mind however that a post does have to be quite bad or harmful to the group as a whole for us to delete it, I don’t like to be too heavy handed with that kind of moderation and try to reserve it for only when it is absolutely necessarily as generally I like people to be able to have their say and most things can be ironed out with dialogue and often we can all learn from it, that said if you feel something is inappropriate like I say please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to take another look.

All the best,

  • My pot smoking story

    marijuana withdrawal symptoms relief
I am 44 years old I began smoking pot at 15 and by the age of 18 I was smoking every day. By my early 20s I was smoking from the time I woke till the time I went to sleep. In my mid 20s I had started several very sucessful business and had progressed to smoking about 2 ounces a week. This continued until my mid 30s and realised this had now become a real problem. I have spent the last 10 years struggling to give up with varing sucess. I havent smoked pot for 9 months now and feel very positive and strong.

9 months is a lot. What can we expect in month 2 3 and so on? I just passed me 5th week and am feeling pretty confident but also scared of the months ahead.

            hi Cannabis Rehab Admin ,
i havent tried yet,but have to admit its been playing on my mind for the last few weeks,so i am gonna try believe me,i hope this time around the detox symptoms aint that bad, because last time i didnt know what hit me,but this time i feel more educated about the whole thing so maybe it might be easier, even though it shouldnt be that hard considering i dont smoke that much,i really hope it makes a difference this time, because ive tried everything and nothing seems to work,i seem to get frightend for no reason and it goes and comes all day long, even simple things frighten me but i dont have any physical symptoms, everybody thinks im ok but inside im completely f'cked, this is a hidden illness...ill keep you posted but on my posting "please read my story"
            thanks bfb

              Hi I wanna be normal.

I really feel for you, I know how awful extreme anxiety can be, but like you say at least now you are better educated about the nature of your situation, the more you know about it the more power you will have over it. You will give up if and when you feel ready to do so. Until then hang in there mate and feel free to lean on us for support.

Take care and please keep us posted on how you are doing.
