Hey everybody
Just thought I'd share a couple of idea's that might help those of you set on quitting the evil tasty weed.
Write down all the things reasons that you want to detox and all the benefits that you will receive as a result of quitting, i.e loadsa spare cash to do all those things you've always wanted to do but have been too wrecked to etc.. I find this provides a clear focus and reminds us of this positive mindset when addictions little voice starts justifying a j.
Also to start with why not say to yourself I'll quit for a few weeks? (set a date) and then see how I feel and if I want to start smoking again I will, this seems less severe and final to me and a bit easier to get your head around?! Hopefully by that time you'll have been through the worst of it and be reaping the benefits of a the drug free life anyway and so won't want to go back or with a bit of luck your first j could even knock you sick..which would be even better
Just a couple of thoughts anyway, be happy y'all
