If you feel a post is inappropriate

Hi folks,

Just a quick note in regards to the moderation of the group. Sometimes if I am a bit short on time or if we get a lot of posts at once I may have to just skim the overall gist of the posts rather than reading them word for word before I approve them, also we all have a different perspective as to what is acceptable and thus there may sometimes be the odd post that gets through that you may feel is inappropriate. And while this doesn’t seem to happen very often if there is anything that anybody reads and feels is inappropriate then please feel free to either shoot me a PM or use the contact form to let me know and I will always be happy to take another look at it.

Please keep in mind however that a post does have to be quite bad or harmful to the group as a whole for us to delete it, I don’t like to be too heavy handed with that kind of moderation and try to reserve it for only when it is absolutely necessarily as generally I like people to be able to have their say and most things can be ironed out with dialogue and often we can all learn from it, that said if you feel something is inappropriate like I say please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to take another look.

    marijuana withdrawal symptoms relief
well today is different. Woke up in a panic. Everything is coming at me full speed. I thought it would relax after i went to work. not so. the craving is minimal, but the anxiety is running hard. Not in a angry mood, just a overwhelming fear that all is going to go wrong. Im taking extra time to ensure i dont make any mistakes at work. My boss thinks i have the flu, hes staying as far from me as possible. "priceless". My lunch break is over, time go back and face the rest of the day.

    Hi diverdoug,

Withdrawals can really differ for one person to another but the important thing is this is the reaction of your mind/body to abstinence of the drug we used for years. Drugs comprimise the normal functioning of our brain and when we stop using the drug, it takes some time for it to adjust itself to function in a natural way. Actually you experience these symptoms because you are being healed. So, it is totally normal to feel in this way, take it one day at a time, and try to help your healing process by using some supplements (like vitamin B, omega 3, L theanine for anxiety) and doing exercise, and you will reach there at the end.

    All the best,

anxiety! that was my main concern, exactly the feeling you're having, it happened to me for some time. the number 1 helper and INSTANT reliever from it was: exercise! i mean instant! go for a walk, or run, it will go away in 5 minutes, might come back when you stop the walk but will become milder. i used supplements of Valerian plant extract(great stuff) and magnesium. they help a lot too. whenever i start feeling like that, i open my door and take a walk, i even did it at 2 in the morning couple of times, and it always works for me. anyway, since it's a new feeling you're experiencing, it's ok, don't worry, it's very normal to feel it when you quit. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress cheers
