We all seem to get upset stomach some worse than others. My cramps were terrible.
If you can handle ginger root this works like magic.. (even if you can't give it a go you'll be impressed with the results).. at least it does for me and several others that I have spoken with going thru withdrawal symptoms. It really is an ancient remedy.

Fresh ginger root preferably organic is what you use. Peel it and grate it. More is better. Put it in a tea ball, add hot water and let steep. Very simple and not expensive.
