  1. Day 4. people talk about hitting a bottom. My problem is that I could maintain some semblance of "normalcy" A typical day-home from work, glass of wine, cig, joint, TV. Smoke cigs & pot. No phone calls. No dinner. Fall asleep late on the couch in my clothes. Wake up. rush out the door. coffee & Advil. Thick pot head & headache. Go to work & get through the day. procrastination. More coffee. Repeat. So, back to "hitting bottom", I didn't have a definitive moment. I think I just got so tired of living this way, & while I flushed my pot many times, I didn't have a plan. Now I'm seeing an addictions therapist. Expensive but it as an investment in me & offset by the money i spent on pot. I am looking at the reasons why I sought to be comfortably numb. If you can't afford a therapist, then reach out to a group. I tried govt funded org. Group. Also NA (wasn't the right fit) & a marijuana anon group. Thanks for helping me stay sober today.
