    Hey there JoshRo,

Not to discourage you or anything, but I wrote a year and 3 and half months. So, like, 15 months.
But, it is incremental. So you should be feeling better little by little. I remember the 4 month mark was decent.

    Hang in there!

    Hey there,
Insomnia, anxiety, and digestive issues were my big 3. I had no appetite for the first month.
A common symptom is night sweats which I did not have.

For me the anxiety was an inability to relax, calm the mind, and drift off to sleep. I wasn't worried about stuff or nervous about situations but it was like I always had a certain level of tension, particularly at night. In the very beginning my brain was all over the place--firing thoughts all over the place. This faded after about a month.

I was fairly depressed too. And everything felt very boring and difficult to enjoy things.

I am much better now after a year and 3 and a half months. Improvemet was incremental...little by little. And sometimes there would be set backs--having a few good days and thinking it was over and then it was not over. But it was never as bad as before. It was not fun and difficult at times but I am SO HAPPY to be cannabis free after 20 + years of getting high.

    Hope this helps you. :-)
