Default Derialisation as a withdrawal symptom, does it also end at some point?

Hey guys. So I'm now on my 3rd week(16days) of withdrawal. I have recovered from almost all symptoms, but then yesterday I had vivid dreams for the first time.

For assistance with finding a reputable and accredited Marijuana Rehab Service Provider in the USA you can call the US Government’s FREE SAMHSA’s National Helpline on:

    1-800-662-HELP (4357)

My question now is I'm experiencing what I see is called derealisation, you know the feeling like you are not emotionally attatched to the world and feeling like you are somehow detatched mentally from it. Has someone else experienced it and have they recovered? Please help, bcause I cannot enjoy doing anything at the moment.

I remember my college roommate experiencing derealization, it has lasted for him for 9 months. You can try meditation and exercise for easy coping the situation.
