When people stop using cannabis after prolonged use, they may experience a variety of withdrawal symptoms including sleep difficulties including insomnia and strange dreams. You can do this advice to lessen your dilemma. You must not drinking caffeine after noon, exercising daily especially in the morning, having a comfortable bed, avoiding alcohol or other drugs to help you sleep, and avoiding stimulating activities before bed like playing video games.
I hope this will help you. I wish you well.
@Swag412 did it ever stop? This has been my miserable life for 30 straight days! If so when?
Hey there rockszee,
I'm pretty sure it will stop. 30 days is good chunk of time but still pretty early. Everybody is different with their symptoms.
One day at a time
John
