Day 164. Insomnia and muscle tension is still a problem. Dont have much of a problem with anxiety anymore. Headaches and sweating seem to be gone too. One day a time.

Day 167. I still find myself feeling vulnerable at times so i guess thats why i still post. Really, five and a half months sober isnt that long considering i was stoned all day for years. One day at a time.
Day 181. So about 6 months free from cannabis! Wish i could say i am feeling fine now but i still feel..i dont know..just flat. Hard to feel enthusiastic or motivated about anything. Most of the time im still having problems socializing too.
Day 191. Withdrawal headaches have come back the past few days. I am noticing small improvents mentally but still struggling. I still get cravings sometimes. My concentration is a little bit better though. One day at a time.
Sounds like you are one of the people for whom it can really take time, for some it really can I am afraid, I have heard of many having a 6-8 month even 6-12 month type time frame with their recoveries and before they are totally withdrawal symptom-free, are you using any supplements at present? Have you found anything that helps in that area?
Stay strong and hang in there,

The only reason I ask is that the whole neurotropic thing seems to be developing quite a bit these days, obviously I don't know for certain which may benefit you as it seems different people can get results from different things they try but there may be something out there now that may help with the concentration, things like ampakines, lionsmane mushroom, NGF, etc.
There are also some interesting new types of therapy been used to help maximize neuroplasticity such as cold exposure, hyperbaric oxygen, etc. I would love to try the hyperbaric therapy myself as I still struggle a bit with memory, etc, so hopefully with more of those places becoming available that may also become more of an option from here on, it also interests me as far as the pontnetial for such therapies to aid addiction recvoery in general which I suspect could hold significant benefit as this is obviously a big part of recovery.

Hi Admin..i only take a B complex...occasionally Ill take magnesium but thats it. I tried theanine a while ago but it didnt do much. I dont think I can afford the other treatments you mentioned unfortunately, but I would love to try them.
Day 201. Havent had any headaches in a while but surprisingly my night sweats resurfaced for a few days after months. Also the insomnia comes and goes. Muscle tension remains my biggest symptom. One day at a time.
